At BioHax Labz, we aim for clarity and fairness in all transactions. Please review our policy regarding returns, refunds, and cancellations to ensure a smooth experience.

Address accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete at the time of purchase. Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the Purchaser will not be refunded or reshipped.

Final sale policy

Due to the sensitive nature of research chemicals, and to ensure the integrity of our inventory, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds for any reason other than a product being demonstrably defective upon arrival.

Defective product claims

If you believe a product is defective, you must contact us at support@biohaxlabzresearch.com within 48 hours of package delivery. We may require photographic evidence or other documentation to process a claim. Claims are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and are subject to the sole discretion of BioHax Labz.

Order cancellation

Orders cannot be guaranteed to be canceled once they are placed. If you need to request a cancellation, you must contact us immediately. If a cancellation is possible before the order is processed and packaged, it may be subject to a cancellation fee.
